Absolutely loved the ambience at Puffles Harrison! The waffles were amazing fresh, delicious, and definitely worth coming back for. Anas and Michelle were incredibly courteous and made the experience even better. Great atmosphere, great service, and amazing waffles. Would definitely visit again!

Nice addition to Harrison but the location is odd with zero parking. Service is friendly and helpful, albeit a little slow, the prices are reasonable, and the waffle/ice cream not only looked exactly like the menu pics, but it tasted incredible. The pineapple slush drink was good but nothing special. Many of the initial reviews seem disingenuous because they all magically appeared before they were officially open - probably all from friends or investors. I don’t like when businesses pad reviews that way. I know that some businesses are passing on the payment processing fees to customers, but I think that’s a terrible practice. 3% for using a card. It should just be part of Puffles doing business or somehow included in your pricing strategy. Overall though, if I’m looking for a nice treat, then Puffles is a good option.

I went to check out the place since I know my friends from Matcha n more vendor. I tried the Caramel Delight waffle cone and Matcha Slush. Both was very delicious. Awesome vibes and a wonderful place for desserts and drinks. Totally recommend to visit

I’m so happy we finally have a great boba and waffle spot in the neighborhood! The drinks were fresh, flavorful, and some of the best boba I’ve had around. The waffles were delicious crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and made fresh. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. It’s great to have a local place serving quality food and drinks. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend checking it out!

I had the pleasure to taste the drinks and waffles before opening! The waffles are so fresh and delicious. Especially when paired with the ice cream! The drinks are super yummy too. They are so refreshing, especially the boba drinks or the slushies. Everything tastes like it’s made with love! Definitely coming back.
